Starting from a crazy idea after seeing all the crows on our street, eating and spreading around the trash from the school.  We began the process of trying out different ideas, then buying parts, fitting them together,  Failing, making it work,  hand making more parts,  failing again.  Finally coming to a passable prototype that somewhat works.
